TAXES & DUTIES
All international orders will be shipped via Fedex or SF Express. Import Duties & Taxes are due on delivery, paid to the carrier. We are not responsible for international duty and taxes. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. We cannot make any exceptions. International shipping, duty, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return/exchange.

HONG KONG ORDERS
We use SF Express for express ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email upon dispatch to track your shipment.

REST OF THE WORLD
All international orders will be shipped via Fedex or SF Express, through which customers receive their orders 5-20 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email upon dispatch to track your shipment.

PRE-ORDERS
What does pre-order mean?
You can get early access to next season’s most wanted pieces before they sell out.

When will my pre-order item arrive?
As soon as your item has been released and is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

When do I have to pay?
Pre-order items require full payment at checkout.

PAYMENT
All transactions on this website are processed using a secure online payment gateway. Even though you can choose your currency while browsing the website please note that all final transactions will be processed in HKD.

“GIFTS”
Under any circumstances, we cannot mark the packages as “gifts”. All the import documentation will be reflected the true value of the items.

 

IMPORT DUTY
Novetex Textiles Limited does not receive any customs fees. The import duty is charged by your local customs office and it varies between each country.
