Returns & Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with an item or the item is defective, you can return it unused and unwashed products in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving them.

If an item is not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

To return an item, please email us at shop@billieupcycling.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage of returns. We advise to use a tracking number when sending returns, to avoid any issues due to lost packages.

We do ask that you also leave a quick note with your email to explain why you are exchanging or returning the product. Any feedback you may have will help us help you.

Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
