Returns & Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with an item or the item is defective, you can return the item unused and unwashed in the original packaging and condition, with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving them.

To return an item, please email us at shop@billieupcycling.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage of returns. We advise to use a tracking number when sending returns, to avoid any issues due to lost packages.

We do ask that you also leave a quick note with your email to explain why you are exchanging or returning the product. Any feedback you may have will help us help you.

Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
